Using our website and Products

Apps distributed through the App Store

If you download a Product from Apple’s App Store, your use of it is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless that Product comes with its own license terms. Hawat Labs, not Apple, is responsible for the Product and its content.

Intellectual property

The website, Products, and their content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Hawat Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

Consulting services

Consulting and development services are provided under a separate written agreement with each client. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
